Our FAA licensed drone pilots deploy small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) to conduct property and grounds inspections, elevated structure inspections, record activities and project progress views of work. Digital images and videos provide a detailed unobstructed view from various unobstructed angles and elevations.

Our licensed home inspector's plain-language pictorial inspection reports are tailored to the asset and customer's needs following the DDID guidelines of the NC Home Inspector Licensure Board: DESCRIBING the component, DETERMINING how the condition is defective, providing an IMPLICATION of the consequences of the condition, and offering DIRECTION to a course-of-action with regards to the condition noted.
