Applied Infrared Thermographer
Certified as an Infrared Thermographer by The SNELL Group. Integrating photography and infrared images into a written report communicating product quality and/or system's performance problems encountered on processes, in building envelopes, or systems and components before they are visible, result in equipment failures, disrupt production, or cause costly damages. Infrared scans detect water infiltration, moisture damage (see image of recessed light fixture), insulation issues, and air intrusion around windows and doors.
Our Inspector schedules only ONE inspection a day to add value and maximize your confidence of the property condition. We deliver accurate and detailed independent professional assessments and recommendations of the asset.
